About Living Strategy Lab
Led by strategist and designer Beatrice McGuire, with trusted collaborators where helpful, Living Strategy Lab helps design strategy, policy, and governance approaches that stay alive to what matters.
We work with organisations, systems, and places to help build on your strengths and potential for change, embedding learning-led, adaptive, and relational ways of working. Our work brings people together around shared purpose, creates movement through learning towards change, and enables better outcomes for people and place.
The Lab is home to Living Governance including the Living Strategy Framework: new practice-based approaches that I have designed to support complex systems change. They are not prescriptive toolkits but flexible frames we can adapt in your context, or draw on to support our work together.
I invite organisations, systems, and places to co-create, test, and refine these approaches together while building practical capacity for change.
Whether we are adapting living governance or strategy together, or drawing on this wider body of work to support a more focused project, everything we do is shaped around your context, vision, and purpose.

I founded Living Strategy Lab as a home for my ideas, methods, and consulting practice: supporting learning, experimentation, and collective capacity for change in complex systems.
I lead all work at the Lab, bringing in trusted collaborators only where their expertise adds real value.
